From an early idea to a working AI-guided beta in about four weeks.

01 / The problem

Career reinvention is personal and uncertain, but existing tools separate inspiration, reflection, career exploration, and connection into disconnected experiences. HerNext needed a focused direction—and a responsible way for AI to help without taking control.

02 / What we did

Across three iterations, Jessie led product strategy and research, designed the end-to-end experience, and built the beta. She also created an agentic reflection workflow that explains its reasoning and asks for approval before acting.

03 / The impact

In about four weeks, HerNext became a live AI-guided career support beta with invited users. It turns private reflection into career paths to explore and relevant women to connect with—while showing its reasoning, asking permission, and keeping thoughts private.
